THE WORKSHOP
Created in 1992 by Michel Graindorge, the Pyramid workshop specializes in real estate development models , competition models , architectural models and urban planning models, as well as interior design and industrial models .
Located in Avrillé, 15 minutes from Angers train station, the workshop benefits from an ideal location and premises.
Our team, comprised of four experienced and passionate model makers, has a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship. Our diverse skills and ingenuity now allow us to tackle any type of project, from design to manufacturing.
The architectural model is the process of designing, visualizing and presenting a future project for buildings, houses or offices in their context, in the heart of a landscaped park or an urban district.
Today, it represents a means of seducing and convincing and allows people to take ownership of the project and project themselves instantly.

Our equipment
Our 400 m2 premises and our IT equipment, consisting of two laser cutting machines and a 3D printer, as well as a carpentry workshop with a circular saw and wall panel cutting, allow us to meet demand and participate in very large projects.
All our architectural models are produced in-house, on our premises.
Thus, with our know-how, our methods and our cutting-edge IT and technological equipment, we rigorously produce architectural models, real estate development models or urban planning models according to your requirements.
Working with Atelier Pyramid
Do you have a model project? We'll make it happen together.
Based on preliminary plans or the building permit, we study your project together, we advise you and guide you to obtain the model you want (final rendering, scale, etc.).
After establishing and validating a quote, we launch the research phase with architects, town planners and town halls, and gather together all the files and elements necessary for your project.
Throughout the entire production period of your model, we will keep you informed of our progress with photos and we can also come to your home with the model in progress.
All deliveries are made by Atelier Pyramid, this allows us to discuss the work carried out with you and validate the final model.
Post delivery, we also provide tracking of our models.
