Our activity - Architectural model
Architectural modeling involves creating models that represent architectural projects at various scales. These models are used to visualize, experiment with, and present architectural design concepts.
They are used at different stages of the design process, from initial sketches to final presentations for clients or competitions.
Our activity is based on technical and artistic skills to produce precise and aesthetic models.
Skills and Techniques
Model makers must master a variety of tools and techniques, including:
3D printing, allowing the production of complex and detailed components.
Laser cutting, for maximum precision in the production of elements.
Hand-carving and assemblage, involving materials such as wood, plastic, and metal.
Use and Purposes
Models serve several purposes:
Visualization: Helping architects and clients visualize the project in real space.
Presentations: Key tool for presentations to clients, investors or for architectural competitions.
Experimentation: Allow architects to test different configurations and materials.
The architectural model is essential in the architectural design process. Atelier Pyramid exemplifies the expertise and diverse skills required to create models that are not only working tools but also works of art in their own right.
