MARKET MIRROR

This project is part of the creation of the Bergères district in the town of Puteaux, a few hundred meters from the La Défense district, a major center of the French economy.

The building's typically Haussmannian architecture , characteristic of the Parisian atmosphere, allows it to fit perfectly into this new eco-district combining renovations and new projects.

The guiding principle for the creation of this promotional model is therefore the enhancement of its architecture through its cornices, slate roofs, stylized windows as well as its Violet le Duc spire; but also its integration into the nearby environment, the market, an important living space in the neighborhood, and the pond, a true "mirror" of the project where the light emanating from the windows is reflected.

The choice of silhouettes rather than realistic characters allows for a clearer view of the building's volume , and thus highlights the architectural project desired by the client. The result is a modern and sober promotional model .

Lighting is a key element of the project, as it enhances all its architectural elements through the shadows created, and allows the interior light of the project to be glimpsed through reflections on the pond, giving a true harmony to the different shapes and spaces of the project.
